Infinitum
Theme
Infinitum was an Android theme designed to transform the look of the OS into a dark interface, with high contrast and extensive use of black, particularly useful on smartphones with OLED displays.
A personal project that evolved into a commercial product.
Infinitum grew from a personal design project into a paid Google Play product, supported by its own showcase website and a positive response from users.

A consistent dark interface across Android.
The theme carried the visual language across core Android surfaces and Google apps through typography, iconography, contrast and recurring interface elements.

Color variants
The same system in four accents.
The theme had four color variants: White, Blue, Green and Orange. The screens in this section show the Blue variant, which keeps the black surfaces and moves accents, dividers and key numbers to the classic Android blue.

Infinitum taught me how to build a design system and, at the same time, how to market an app and manage its release on Google Play. It was a very rewarding project: every variant of the theme received excellent reviews.
